The Veranda was started in the summer of 2001 by mother and daughter Karen Black and Mekel Peery. They opened at The Shops at Riverwoods in Provo, Utah. The Veranda is a very unique store that provides custom floral (fresh, freeze dried, silk), handbags, jewelry, lotion, candles, furniture, accessories, lighting, and much more!
